Support is available in a variety of ways to meet your needs:

This article explains how to register for one-on-one support and highlights the self-help options available on this site.
One-on-One Support
Each school is assigned a dedicated Client Service Representative from our Accelerate Education team. Representatives offer multiple support session slots each day, which must be booked in advance. These sessions are conducted via Zoom.
How to Register:
- Visit our Bookings support page.
- Select your school’s Client Services Representative from the list below:

- Stacie Villella
- Choose a day and time that works for you. Availability is shown 14 days into the future and automatically adjusts to your local time zone.
- Select a time slot and fill out the short registration form.
- Watch for a confirmation email and an additional email containing a Zoom link and calendar invite. If you don’t see them, check your spam or junk folder.
